Overview

The Everest, highest peak in the world 8848masl, Trek is the most famous trekking route in the world. Mt. Everest and that is the reason why the Everest Base Camp trek is so popular. The trek has numerous attractions, not only  not least of these is being able to say you have visited the highest mountain in the world. In addition there is the spectacular scenery. Mt. Everest and its attendant other many peaks are and Sunrise view from the top of Kalapathar viewing Mt.Everest like a mirror, snow peaks above the Khumbu glacier and nice hike to Everest Base Camp. We can view numerous mountains along with Mt. Everest on trek with flora and fauna which are in rare.

The excellent trekking to the Base Camp of Mount Everest is recommended as one of the momentous sites to visit in your life time. The Everest trekking is well-known settlement of the welcoming Sherpa people, colorful festivals and the Buddhist monasteries with colorful pray flags. The region is known as Khumbu and has been bounded in the Sagarmatha National Park, the world heritage site. Sagarmatha is the Nepalese name of Mount Everest 8848masl, the top of the world. The famous climbers are the dwellers of Khumbu region. Expedition personalities can be observed on this trail period of April and May heading higher with an aim to be on the top of the world.

Itinerary

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Nepal Airport 1350 masl.
Welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport and arrange to the hotel along with proper orientation forward.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing 1350mtrs.
Half or Full day world Heritage sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley by trained tour guide and also having joyful evening

Day 03: Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu (35 minutes)  and trek to Phakding (9km)  2652masl/ 3-4 hours.
We fly to Lukla 2800mtrs after 30 minutes and we prepare our luggage to make easy to carry for helper and start to walk through khumbu flat and trek for about three to four hours to Phakding over night at lodge.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (12 km)  3440 masl/ 6-7  hours.
After breakfast we start to walk and continue uphill along the bank of the Dudh Kosi, crossing this majestic river with on exciting suspension bridges laden with pray flags and reaching the village of Monju the entrance gate of the Sagarmatha National Park. When enter the National park boundary we walk down and gradual walk brings us to the suspension bridge over the Bhote-Koshi river to Jorsalle village and after Jorsalle again cross Bhote Kosi then trail climbs steeply with breathing views to last village Namche Bazaar as well as can see Mt.Everest way to Namche. Namche is a prosperous trading town and gate way to the Khumbu region.

Day 05: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar 3440 masl.
Namche Bazaar (3440 masl) is the unofficial capital of the Khumbu region of Nepal, and is acclimatization point for trekkers and climbers heading for Mount Everest base camp. Namche Bazaar is the best point to acclimatization pushing u to go Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Lake or other destination for all trekkers. You have full day leisure so we also take an interesting side hike up to Everest View Point hotel which is 400mtrs up from Namche Bazaar to see wonderful panoramic view as well as Mt.Everest , Amadablam, Thamserku , Kongde and others snow peaks and they services of ATM`s, trekking shops, Internet café, restaurant , bakery  and colorful shop with different varieties market each Friday and Saturday.  Also you can visit Sherpa Museum as well a great place to learn Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering and overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (10 km) 3867 masl/ 5-6 hours.
We start after delicious breakfast, our trek with pleasant walking through the pine and Rhododendron forest toward magnificent view of Mt. Everest 8848mtrs, Nupse 7879mtrs, Lhotse 8516mtrs, Ama Dablam 6856mtrs, Thamserku and Kwangde peak with view of the eastern snow capped mountains. Our trail follows on the few ups and downs overlooking magnificent view of the awesome Himalayas. Walking through this day we can see wild animal like pheasant, musk deer, blue ship and Himalayan Thar. The trail passing down to Kayangjuma and eventually reaches Sansa which is the major trail junction to go Gokyo valley and Everest Base Camp. Then the trail follows through the pine forests and after we cross the prayer flags wood bridge over Dudh Koshi River, we reach Phunki Tanga to have a lunch. After having a lunch at Phunki Tanga, we climb uphill of pine forest and reach Budhist Monastery place of Tengboche. We can visit monastery in pray time and over night at lodge.

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (12 km) 4360 masl/ 5-6 hours.
The trail descends to Debuche, winding through the Rhododendron forest to Debuche and crosses another exciting suspension bridge on the Imja Khola, and climb up to Pangboche thousands of chorten with stones. Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche with its fantastic views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. Dingboche is also the gateway to Chukung and further beyond for the most challenging traverses towards Makalu area and Hinko Valley via Sherpani col 6,100m and Amphu Laptsa pass 5,780m and over night at lodge.

Day 08: Acclimatization day in Dingboche 4360 masl.
This is second rest day you have help to push up your destination of trek. You can utilize your full day resting or there are some places where you can hike for a day to chhukung 44730mtrs, it takes 3-4 hours along the Imjatse Valley either towards the Chhukum Ri 5550mtrs quite far and there is tea houses in Chhukum to have lunch or site trip to Nagarjun view point, a fantastic view for many high mountains including Mt.Makalu 8475 masl, Ama Dablam 6856 masl, Island peak 6183 masl, Tawache 6367 masl, Cholatche 6335 masl and other snow peaks. After enjoy stroll back to Dingboche over night at lodge.

Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (12 km)  4910 masl / 5-6 hours.
This day turn to the north, the trail is gradually up for about an hour as we come to a Mani prayer Stupa and walking through the mountain flat viewing Pheriche village down there. The trek terminal morain of the Khumbu glacier and cross wooden bridge then will reach Thukla 4620masl, which is nice rest for lunch. After having hungry lunch we continue uphill to Thukla Pass 4830masl, at the top of the right we can see memorials with pray flags with a name and country of mountaineers. From here about half and an hour will reach Lobuche over night at lodge.

Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak Shape 5140 masl to EBC -5364masl and back to Gorak shep / 8-9 hours (15 km).
After breakfast we start our trek to Gorak shep and along the windy and rocky trail gradually uphill to Gorak Shep after walking 3-4 hours. This lags offers the fantastic view of Mt Pumari 7161 masl, Mt Nuptse 7855 masl, other peaks, Everest base camp 5364 masl, Kalapathar 5550 masl and beneath the Gorakshep valley included top of the world Mount Everest 8848mtrs and check in at lodge as well as after the lunch, our adventure keeping towards Everest Base Camp  5364 masl crossing through Khumbu glacier, rocky path. After 2- 3 hours reach to Everest Base Camp, during the spring season (March, April and May) there will be many group of mountaineering colorful tents and many people will be there. We can enjoy some hour in Everest Base Camp, Khumbu glacier with Carapaces and back to Gorak Shae for overnight at lodge.

Day 11: Gorak Shape to hike kalpathar and to Pheriche 4240 masl/ 6-7 hours (13/14 km).
Early in the morning hike to Kala Pathar 5550mtrs for best sunrise view of the Mt. Everest 8848mtrs as well as many of others like Nuptse, Pumari and Ama Dablam along with the entire mountain view of Khumbu Himalayas range after 2 hours walk reach on the Top of View point with fresh morning air from Mt. Everest. Enjoying some hours on the top of Kala Pathar taking a nice photo attaching with Mount Everest then back to Gorak Shep, have a breakfast and trek down to Pheriche over night at lodge.

Day 12: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar 3440 masl/ (14 km)  8 hours.
This day we trek down along the yak grazing place Somare and passing through Sherpa village Pangboche and along the Dudh Kosi River through a magnificent rhododendron forest reach to Tengboche and after that down to the Phungi Tanga then cross the wooden bridge and climb up tosansa, Kyang juma then following NepalI flat and down to Namche Bazaar over night at lodge.

Day 13: Namche to Lukla 2800 masl / 8 hours (15 km).
The trek all the way down to Dudh Kosi cross the suspension bridge and passing through noticing impressive faith and Budhism Culure of Prayes Chorten and Prayer flags when we walk crossing Sherpa villages of Jorsalle, Exit gate of Sagarmatha National Park, Monju, Phakding and your last night in mountain sleep at Lukla and enjoy with your staff over night at Lukla.

Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu 1350 masl/ 35 minutes by flight back.
Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning and rest of time take rest of buy some things for your family or friends from Himalayas Nepal over night at hotel in own expenses.

Day 15: Kathmandu to fly back to Home.
This is a free of last day shopping souvenirs or gift to your family, friends and other relatives until you departure. We offer you short extra trip for you if you have time and if you are departing, we have transportation services to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onward destination. “Have a Nice Flight” See you again.
