Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu 1,300m and transfer to respective hotels.
On reaching Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport received by our staff and transfer to respective hotels time permitting a short tour.

Day 02 – 03 : Two days in Kathmandu with sightseeing tour.
Morning after breakfast our city / cultural guide will meet you for an interesting tour around Kathmandu city on the best renowned historical and cultural sites, tour of Hindu holy Pashupatinath Temple, Buddhist large Stupa of Bouddhanath the area around here also known as “little Tibet” then tour of Kathmandu durbar square with old palace and royal courtyard and drive to 25,00 years old Swayambhunath you will be well informed on arrival about the time for your half day guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu at places of interest including Patan durbar square, temples and towards White Gompa and Dakshinkali during this two days stay in Kathmandu with interesting sightseeing tours in historical, cultural areas.

Day 04: Drive to Bhaktapur / Changunarayan and Nagarkot 2 hrs drive.
From the respective hotel our guide will pick you up at the given time, a scenic drive in the busy area of Kathmandu leads you on the suburb at Bhaktapur city for interesting sightseeing tour of Nytapola Temple, durbar square, palace of 55 windows, the golden gate after an impressive time continue drive for another hour on the valley rim with uphill drive to Nagarkot a hill resort and transfer to respective hotels, lodge or resort for overnight stay.

Day 05: Drive to Manakamana temple and Gorkha Fort palace with Bandipur home stay.
Morning after sunrise over array of snow capped peaks, leave after breakfast for Bandipur with a short visit of Manakamana Temple on cable car and tour of Gorkha ancient fort with overnight at Bandipur home-stay. On reaching Kuringtar village on route Kathmandu / Pokhara highway take a cable car for a short ride to the hill of Manakamana temple famous Hindu temple dedicated Goddess Kali, where hundreds of pilgrims visit every day with prayer and offering animals (goats, chicken) blood to goddess kali in this old temple of Manakamana, from here return back on cable car to the road for a short drive to the ancient capital at Gorkha town the early home and palace of Shah dynasty till 17th Centenary a huge fort palace standing above the Gorkha town. After a visit here drive to Bandipur on route Pokhara for overnight stop in local community based home stay program with cultural and traditional hospitality of the villagers of Bandipur with scenic views of Annapurna and Manaslu mountain range.

Day 06: Drive to Pokhara – 06 hrs journey.
Morning after sunrise over array of snow capped peaks, leave after breakfast for Pokhara and interesting and scenic drive on the only highway that joins with Kathmandu from various parts of Nepal, after a good drive reaching the touristic and most famous scenic Pokhara with alluring views of snow capped mountains with the serene lake Phewa close by, afternoon at leisure a short walk around the lake side.

Day 07 – 08: In Pokhara sightseeing tour at places of interest.
Two days in this beautiful and scenic Pokhara with tours at places of interest with the stunning panorama of Annapurna and Manaslu, Dhaulagiri range of mountains including the majestic Mt. Maccahapuchare.

In Pokhara as per the program given:

Morning a short drive to Sarankot for the sunrise over the chain of snow capped mountains overlooking the beautiful Pokhara Valley with the Phewa Lake.

Visit the Brindabhasini Temple premises and the Seti Gorge. Afternoon visit the Devi’s fall (David) or Pathele chhago, Maheswor Cave and Tibetan Refugee Camp.

Morning Boat ride to the other banks of the Phewa Lake and hike to Peace Stupa return with the boat visiting Bhare Temple on the way back to hotel.

Day 09: Drive to Chitwan National Park – 05 hrs.
Morning after breakfast with fabulous mountain views leave Pokhara for another exciting drive to the mid south low land of Nepal Terai country the drive takes nearly 5 hrs following the Trisuli river for a while where you can see rafters on inflatable boat floating downstream, after a nice pleasant journey reaching at Chitwan and transfer to respective hotels, jungle lodge or resorts where naturalist and jungle guide will meet and inform you regarding the activities during your 2 night 3 days stay, afternoon after lunch a short nature, introductory walk or visit the local Tharu village (Terai indigenous tribe).

Day 10: In Chitwan full day jungle activities.
Starting early morning jungle guide and naturalist will take you for jungle activities according to program, morning elephant safari, jungle walk, bird watch tour, tower visit and back to lodge for breakfast and refreshment before lunch a short activities elephant briefing / bathing and back for lunch, late afternoon either jungle walk, jungle drive in jeep or boat ride on Rapti river to observe bird life and crocodiles marsh mugger and Gangetic Gharial return to lodge after an exciting time in the jungle for dinner and refreshment.

Day 11: Morning nature activities and drive back to Kathmandu – 05 hrs.
Like in day 8 with various activities to choose for few hours before breakfast, and the depart Chitwan after an enjoyable time with jungle activities, drive leads on the same road all the way to Kathmandu passing many interesting towns, villages and farm lands. On reaching Kathmandu transfer to respective hotels with last night dinner in Nepal before leaving the country.

Day 12: Transfer to airport for final departure.
As per your International flight time our staff will transfer you to the Kathmandu international airport for your final departure after a memorable and enjoyable time in amazing Nepal.
